– All new people and dogs must complete a friendly meet-and-greet with management and management’s small dogs who live on the property. (Also known as the butt-sniff check.;-)
– We’ll evaluate how your dog interacts with others
– Dogs must be social and friendly with both humans and other dogs; timid dogs are welcome but must be non-agressive and well-behaved.
– The ‘Golden Rule’ meaning treat others as well as you would wish to be treated; thoughtfulness, consideration, basic polite practices.
– No aggressive breeds (no pit bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, or wolf hybrids)
– Maximum 3 dogs per RV site
– Dogs must respond to voice commands (“Come,” “Stay,” “Leave it”) or a controlling collar
– No aggressive behavior of any kind; please be vigilant around feeding and any food
– Monitor your dog’s behavior and intervene if play becomes too rough
– At least one adult must be supervising the dog(s) when off-leash
– Please don’t let dogs on neighboring adjacent, unfenced land as it is trespassing. Our property is fenced, however there may be gaps in corner common areas.
– NO blackwater/sewage disbursement other than in the septic dump area. High chemical content in the blackwater are not acceptable to dump. Make sure the graywater is further dumped only in runoff areas and preferably in the septic dump as well with the blackwater.
– Keep your dog in sight and generally supervised at all times
– Carry a leash or some kind of restraint as it may be necessary
– Clean up pet waste by burying it. We like clean shoes, and nobody wants to step in a ‘poop landmine.’ Bushes are great places to relocate feces off the path with sticks or cover it in mulch.

– One adult must be outside with off-leash or unrestrained dogs
– Loud generators and music are not permitted past 10pm.
– Dogs must be leashed or under control in your site from 10 PM – 7 AM

– Campfires are permitted only in-ground, in a container and/or brick built circle and away from trees as-cleared by management. Fires must be monitored at all times, never left unattended. Portable grills must be fully extinguished and cleared of embers.
– No dogs in: shooting range, trash, compost or recycling areas
– Ask permission before letting your dog visit other camp sites. Dogs are not permitted in other campers’ sites without permission.
– Beware there are wild animals on the acreage that may harm pets; bobcats, bear, panthers, owls, aggressive turkeys, curious deer though crows watch the dogs and occasionally play.
